On the occasion of the forthcoming National Independence Day, Mateusz Morawiecki took part in the official assembly at the primary school in Radzymin. The school has joined the nationwide campaign Szkoła do Hymnu (Schools stand for the National Anthem). Nearly 4 million students and 400 thousand of teachers from 19 thousand schools, kindergartens and educational establishments sang the national anthem together at the symbolic hour of 11:11 a.m. The event is a continuation of the last year’s initiative called Rekord dla Niepodległej (Record for the Independent Poland).

We must remember that we participate in the relay race of generations and our present Freedom would not be possible without the fight that took place over 100 years ago – reminded Mateusz Morawiecki.

The Prime Minister also talked about the great value of a free state and pointed out how children are becoming more aware of that with each passing year.

At the same time, the head of the government emphasised that we must cherish the future of our country so that Poland becomes an increasingly better place to live for all Poles. As he added, patriotism means love for one's own nation, not hatred for others.

A strong homeland, aware of its goals and values, strengthens the moral and material power of the entire nation said Mateusz Morawiecki in conclusion.
