Prime Minister: A strong state means a strong central administration and strong local governments

During a ceremony at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki presented the letters of appointment to two new voivodes.

At the request of the Minister of the Interior and Administration, the Head of Government reappointed Ewa Leniart for the office of Voivode of Podkarpackie Voivodship and Władysław Dajczak for the office of Voivode of Lubuskie Voivodship.

The Prime Minister emphasised that the excellent cooperation between the voivodes in their previous term had exhibited their pro-state approach. We need voivodes whose imagination reaches beyond the region he said.

The Head of Government thanked the newly appointed voivodes for reassuming the office and expressed the hope that with such excellent and experienced specialists, we will be able to develop the Podkarpackie and Lubuskie regions even better.
