The Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM) respects your privacy as the user of, hereinafter referred to as the Website. We are committed to ensure that each person visiting this website knows how to protect his or her privacy. That is why we encourage you to read our Website Privacy Policy.

  1. By using the Website, you accept the rules of this Website Privacy Policy.

  4. KPRM takes due care to protect your data in relation to the use of the Website. However, we are not responsible for privacy policies of external entities, whose services are used by the Chancellery, or the linked websites. Therefore, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the rules applicable to these entities.

Being aware of the responsibility for the protection of personal data you have entrusted to us, KPRM treats security issues with the utmost care and makes every effort to protect the Website along with the data processed on it, including against unauthorised access by third parties. To this end, KPRM uses physical security measures, security systems securing access to servers and to the Website, as well as cryptographic solutions. Personal data is made available only to these employees and entities that find it necessary to implement their tasks and the data is processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy of the Website.
  6. KPRM is the Administrator of the personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website, with the exception of data collected by external entities, referred to in points 7 and 8.

The automatically-collected personal data referred to in point 3 is processed in relation to the performance of tasks implemented for the public interest or as part of exercising public authority (including in connection with the requirements set out in the Act of 17 February 2005 on the Informatisation of the Activity of Entities Performing Public Tasks and in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, Minimum Requirements for Public Registers and Information Exchange in Electronic Form and Minimum Requirements for ICT Systems).
  9. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to implement a given task.
  10. Personal data is transferred to entities that process data on behalf of the personal data administrator in connection with the provision of services to the KPRM.
  11. Personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state offices or to other entities authorized by law or carrying out tasks in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
  12. You have the right to request the personal data administrator to:
  • access your personal data,
  • correct them,
  • limit their processing,
  • transfer data to another personal data administrator,
  • object.
