The Chancellery of the Prime Minister respects the privacy of the users of, hereinafter referred to as the Website. We are committed to ensure that each person visiting the website knows how to protect his or her privacy. That is why we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy.

  1. By using the Website, you accept the rules of this Privacy Policy.
  2. Data from the user can be collected in two ways:
  • information provided voluntarily by Website users using the forms posted on it,
  • information collected automatically when using the Website, i.e.:

information automatically saved in server and Website logs, e.g. IP address, page request sent by the user, date and time of request, browser type, browser language, device data, type of operating system,

cookies – small text files sent by the Website to the device of the user visiting the website (e.g. computer, smartphone).

  1. Automatically collected data is used:
  • for administration and server administration purposes,
  • to ensure security and data and service protection,
  • to provide specific services to users,
  • for statistical purposes.

  • to make it easier for users to use the Website and adjust it to the needs of users,

  3. By using the Website, a part of user data can be automatically collected and processed by third parties’ tools used by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, such as:

  1. The Chancellery exercises due diligence to protect the data of the users of the Website. However, we are not responsible for the privacy policy of external entities, the services used by the Chancellery, or the websites to which the links are placed. We encourage to familiarise with the rules applicable to these entities.

The Chancellery, being aware of the responsibility for the protection of data entrusted to us by the users, while treating security issues very seriously, makes every effort to protect the Website along with the data processed on it, including against unauthorised access by third parties. For this purpose, physical security measures, security systems securing access to servers and the Website and cryptographic solutions are used. Data is made available only to employees and entities to which it is necessary to implement tasks and they are processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
  3. The Chancellery of the Prime-Minister is the administrator of personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website, with the exception of data collected by external entities, referred to in points 7 and 8.

Processing your data, the Chancellery adheres to the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called GDPR).
  5. Personal data referred to in point 3 are processed in connection with the performance of tasks implemented for the public interest or within the exercise of public authority (including in connection with the requirements set out in the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerization of entities operating public tasks and in the regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and information exchange in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems).
  6. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to implement a given task.
  7. Personal data is transferred to entities that process data on behalf of the personal data administrator in connection with the provision of services to the Chancellery.
  8. Personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state services or other entities authorized by law or performing tasks implemented for the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
  9. You have the right to request the personal data administrator to:
  • access your personal data,
  • correct them,
  • limit their processing,
  • transfer data to another personal data administrator,
  • object.
