Michał Woś (born on 8 February 1991 in Racibórz), is a Polish lawyer and a local government representative. In 2017–2018, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Śląskie Voivodeship board.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and in managerial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2014, he became a councillor of Racibórz City Council. He was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development, Budget and Finance.

Working as an advisor to Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro since November 2015, Woś was appointed by the Minister as Head of his Political Cabinet in 2016. He was a member of the National Road Safety Council. On 5 June 2017, he became Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, where he has supervised such issues as family and juvenile cases, correctional facilities and computerisation of the justice system. He was the National Coordinator for implementing IT systems. On 8 September 2017 Prime Minister Beata Szydło appointed him a member of the Joint Committee of the Central Government and Local/Regional Government.

When working at the Ministry of Justice, he supervised the work on the amendment to the Act on the National Court Register, which introduced fully computerised registration proceedings, as well as the work on the System for Random Allocation of Cases. The introduction of this system was one of the main arguments that Poland used to defend the reform of the judiciary in negotiations with the European Commission, presented in the White Paper on the reform of the Polish judiciary.

He implemented the Act on counteracting threats of sexual crime and created the ICT system for the Register of Sexual Offenders in Poland.

In October 2018, he was elected to the Regional Council of Śląskie Voivodeship from the list of Law and Justice (as a candidate of United Poland). On 21 November 2018, he was appointed to the voivodeship board.

He is the initiator of the Law Leaders Laboratory of the Justice Institute. He received the Prime Minister’s scholarship.

In 2018, he was ranked 12th on the list of the 50 most influential lawyers in the ranking of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Woś is married with one child.
