Minister of Funds and Regional Policy


From 30 November 2018 until 14 November 2019, she served as the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development.

She dealt with, among others, implementation of EU funds for innovation (Smart Growth Programme), digitisation (Digital Poland Programme) and human capital (Knowledge Education Development Programme). She also supervised the Accessibility Plus programme and co-authored the Act on Accessibility. She coordinated implementation of programmes co-financed from Norwegian and Swiss funds.

Since the beginning of her career she has been involved in local government. For several years she dealt with EU funds, regional development and support for entrepreneurship. For 10 years she worked at the Marshal's Office of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, where she went through all levels – from an inspector to the head of the Entrepreneurship Support Department.

Before that, she was employed at the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Office and the Tyczyn Municipal and Communal Office. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering of the Rzeszów University of Technology, where she was awarded a master's degree in municipal engineering. She also completed post-graduate studies in occupational health and safety management at the same university.

She speaks English. She can also converse in sign language.

On 15 November 2019, she was appointed to the office of Minister of Funds and Regional Policy.
