The Long Night of Museums at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister

The Long Night of Museums is an initiative in which the Chancellery of the Prime Minister could not be lacking. The Chancellery is an unique building where every visitor will have an opportunity to get to know its interesting, rich history and works of art.


Together with our guides, discover the General Inspectorate of the Armed Forces headed by, among others, Marshal Józef Piłsudski. See the antique staircase from the beginning of the 20th century, which can be admired under the glass floor in the main hall.

Get to know the places where the Prime Minister and members of the government receive delegations of foreign guests. See the Frycz Modrzewski Hall where meetings of the Council of Ministers are held and take a picture of yourself in the Prime Minister’s chair. Visit also the office where the head of the government works on a daily basis.

Take a walk through the places known from media reports, where key decisions for the country are taken every day.

We will show you the organisation backstage of foreign visits and press conferences. You will be able to take part in workshops on diplomatic protocol conducted by the employees of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
