Oświęcim is a particular place, visited by millions of tourists every year. The Oświęcim poviat and the Town of Oświęcim have to face the challenge of ensuring safety of those who visit our land – said Prime Minister Beata Szydło during the opening of the MRI laboratory, which was held on Wednesday. As she added, the modern facilities are also a key investment in the safety of the residents of the Oświęcim poviat.
I believe that the new equipment will support the works of the hospital in the best possible way and that the patients will be satisfied – she added.
The Prime Minister underlined that Lesser Poland owned this modern MRI laboratory to the smart policy of the regional authorities combined with the central government's support and funds from the State’s budget.
If there is an initiative from the part of regional governments, we are participating in it. We focus in particular on the issues connected with security and dignified lives of our citizens, so that everyone is sure that he will receive necessary help in a proficient and quick manner – underlined the Prime Minister.
We are all on duty – not only the members of regional authorities, but also members of the central government. We serve Poles in order to fulfil those tasks which are waiting to be fulfilled – she added.
