It is going to be an institution for civil dialogue between the representatives of public authorities and youth associated in non-governmental organisations, Commune Youth Councils and Students’ Parliament. The proposal to establish such an institution was included in a programme called Vision for the Young Generation of 2015 prepared by civil youth circles, and in the conclusions of the conference cycle organized by the Parliamentary Group supporting Youth Councils in Local Authority Units.

Having discussed the draft amendment, Public Benefit Committee unanimously adopted a resolution in favour of the solutions proposed.
