Prime Minister: We will allocate PLN 1 billion for “My Energy” Programme which supports green energy

The programme envisages co-financing of photovoltaic installations and promotes prosumer energy. This means that those who generate power will then be able to use it in part.

The Head of Government highlighted that for those who will participate in the programme, electricity bills will be ever lower. “The Programme is beneficiary not only for the economy, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, but primarily for households,” pointed out the Prime Minister.

Mateusz Morawiecki said that the proposed solutions are in line with European Union’s climate policy and with solutions adopted during COP24. “Our climate policy serves clean air and energy transition agreed within international commitments,” highlighted the Prime Minister.

“My Energy” Programme will be implemented by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management which will reimburse the support. Maximum amount of co-financing is up to PLN 5 thousand per household, however it will not exceed 50% of construction costs of an installation of 2–10 kW. “My Energy” Programme will complement the Clean Air Programme.
