We focus on building a strong, bold and ambitious Poland. We have proved that what for many people seemed impossible has become a reality said the head of government. Continuing, he emphasised that the activities conducted are to serve the Homeland and all Poles in the best possible way. The Prime Minister stressed that the implementation of all the promises made is possible thanks to efficient management of the state budget and public finances. He pointed out that within 5 years tax revenues increased by PLN 130 billion, and in January 2020 there is over PLN 3.4 billion surplus in the budget.

Pension Plus

The government systematically strives to make life easier for seniors and improve their financial situation from year to year. Promises translate into specific actions, such as an increase in the lowest pensions from PLN 880.45 in 2015 to PLN 1200 in 2020.

Small ZUS Plus

The smallest enterprises can count on financial facilitations; thanks to the reduced ZUS contribution they save approximately several hundred zloty each month. This is a solution for the smallest companies, whose revenue in 2019 did not exceed PLN 120 thousand. Thanks to the deduction, entrepreneurs will save approximately PLN 1.3 billion. "The state must work hand in hand with entrepreneurs," emphasised the Prime Minister.

Prevention Plus

A free examination package supporting early detection of civilization diseases and cancer. Every Pole over 40 years of age will receive access to a free package of prophylactic examinations. The first stage of the programme will include a package of blood tests containing: complete blood count, glucose and cholesterol for people aged 40-65. "We want to focus on further improvement of the functioning of public institutions, in areas as important as health care," said Mateusz Morawiecki. He also reminded that the current government "has increased the expenditure on health care to over 100 billion. This is an increase of almost 50 percent," he added.

Subsidies for farmers

It is a programme that stems from the need to fully equalise the level of direct payments between EU countries. Equal subsidies mean benefits for all citizens, better and healthier food, greater environmental protection, animal welfare and quality food products.

The head of government talked about the negotiations on the EU's multi-annual budget for 2021-2027. He mentioned the government's efforts to equalise subsidies and the development of the group of friends of cohesion, whose aim is to support the increase in the funding of traditional EU policies, such as the cohesion policy.

Construction of 100 ring roads

The new ring roads mean real benefits for everyone. The Prime Minister emphasised that road safety, health, and the comfort of life of citizens are of paramount importance. He added that the government will invest in roads so that Poles can drive safely. Thanks to the construction of 100 ring roads, the problem of lorries in the city and noise nuisance will also disappear.

I am convinced that just as credibility is the foundation of healthy politics, reliable implementation of promises is the foundation of democracy, social trust and hope concluded Mateusz Morawiecki.
