As Mateusz Morawiecki pointed out, all the government's actions are aimed at reducing the spread of coronavirus but also at preserving jobs. The health safety of Poles, job security and economic security are the most important issues for us stressed the Prime Minister.

The head of the government explained that the recent changes in the bond market and opinions in the reports of financial institutions show that our country is doing the right thing. According to the reports of the most important international institutions, Poland engages one of the highest percentages of GDP in saving jobs and entrepreneurs said Mateusz Morawiecki.

The Prime Minister announced that he had spoken to President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on Saturday about saving jobs. There is no more important task for Europe today than the second Marshall plan said the head of government. The Marshall Plan of the 21st century is intended not only to save jobs but also to raise the EU to a higher economic level after the crisis explained Mateusz Morawiecki.

At the same time, the Prime Minister emphasised that the government intends to maintain all pro-family and social programmes. Today, families with children can go through this difficult time more easily thanks to the 500 plus programme, and pensioners thanks to their thirteenth pension stressed Mateusz Morawiecki.

Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz announced that by Friday the government will prepare further proposals for solutions concerning the Anti-crisis shield. We are trying to ensure that the pulse of the Polish economy does not weaken emphasised the Minister of Development. As she explained, one of the proposals will be a subsidy fund for the interest rates of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the aim of which is to support entrepreneurs.  The Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that the new solutions are also supposed to include, among other things, support for local government budgets and counteracting the takeover of Polish companies by foreign funds.

Marlena Maląg, the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, informed that under the Anti-crisis shield, the exemption from paying social security contributions attracts the interest of the highest number of people. The instruments of the Shield are working and money is being paid out said the head of the family department. We want broad support to reach entrepreneurs as soon as possible so that we can protect jobs she added.

The president of Black Red White Dariusz Formela and of CCC Marcin Czyczerski also participated in the joint conference via Internet.
