Prime Minister: Renovated roads mean new opportunities for development

During his visit in the Lubelskie Voivodeship, the Prime Minister talked about the Fund for Municipal Roads and about the bus fund. As he highlighted, the programmes which increase mobility change Poland.

Travelling from one place to another is quicker and safer said the Prime Minister. As he added, these programmes improve the quality of life of the residents of gminas and poviats, facilitating it for them to e.g. get to a physician, get to work, or to another poviat.

He pointed out that people need new roads, re-establishment of PKS connections and they understand how much these increase opportunities.

The Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki emphasised that the resources for the Fund for Municipal Roads and the bus fund were obtained through successful fight against tax criminals.

Comprehensive reconstruction of the series of municipal roads in Tomaszowice-Kolonia, Tomaszowice, Sieprawice was concluded. As part of the task, also the junction of a municipal road with a voivodeship road Lublin – Nałęczów – Bochotnica in Tomaszowice-Kolonia was rebuilt. New road lightning fittings were installed in Tomaszowice-Kolonia and in Tomaszowice.

The whole value of the project exceeds PLN 2 million; the co-financing of the government amounted to over PLN 930 thousand.
