The Prime Minister thanked all employees of the public media for the mission they were fulfilling. He added that providing reliable information to the society, especially with regard to the coronavirus, is a significant matter. ‘It shows how important Public TV and the public media are,’ the Head of Government remarked.

The Prime Minister emphasised that the public media had been underfinanced for over 10 years. ‘This is why, for the past few years, we have been contributing additional means to compensate for insufficiencies in the licence fee payments,’ he explained.
