The Prime Minister emphasised that the government is introducing facilitations for micro-companies to support entrepreneurs in their business activities. He talked i.a. about Small-ZUS Plus. It is a solution that is to help both entrepreneurs who are beginning their business activities and those who are already active.

According to new legislation, entrepreneurs will be allowed to pay reduced social security contributions calculated in proportion to income. This solution will apply to companies for which a fixed rate of social security contributions constitutes too heavy a burden.

Mateusz Morawiecki also announced a new proposal, the so-called Estonian CIT. It is a form of taxation of profits that consists in postponing any taxation until the distribution of those profits by the company. “We want this micro, small and medium-sized Polish businesses to develop in Poland; therefore, we offer Estonian CIT to all entrepreneurs in Poland,” the Prime Minister summed up.
