“When we look at the new items on our agenda we can see that there is a certain strategy, an idea and a plan behind them. This is our leap into the future which we want to make and which we offer to all Poles. The New Five is meant to make all this possible, and our credibility forms the basis of its implementation,” said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister presented the means and the deadline for the implementation of individual proposals. He also emphasised that “the way towards the implementation of subsequent great developmental and civilisation-related objectives has been set”.

The prime Minister assessed that the new proposals “provide a certain degree of continuity and constitute a certain strategy, while the concepts presented in them answer to the needs of the Poles at different stages of their lives”.

The head of the government indicated that the entire programme package will cost around PLN 40 bln. He also ensured that the government has the resources necessary to carry out all major social, development, civilization and economic projects, which will come from extra VAT and CIT revenues and curbing the underground economy.

“There must be funds, determination, will and finally credibility in achieving the objectives pursued. Our government meets these five main conditions. I believe that with the New Five we will build the Poland of our dreams,” Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki concluded.

After the conference, the Prime Minister handed the signed symbolic “Roadmaps” to the beneficiaries of the New Five project.
