Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki: The Czech Republic is one of the key partners for us

I am glad that the Czech Republic and Poland have more and more in common, said the head of the Polish government after a meeting with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš on Friday in Karlovy Vary.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stressed that the discussion concerned economic, infrastructural and energy issues, as well as trade issues. The Czech Republic is one of the key partners for us, noticed the Prime Minister. 

The Prime Minister also pointed out that the clear attitude of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic during the last meeting of the European Council made it possible to reach satisfactory conclusions regarding migration. As he said, we can be sure that nobody will force us to accept refugees from now on.

At the end of his speech, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki thanked the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic for his invitation and fruitful cooperation and stressed that the Polish-Czech relations are excellent in many fields.
