Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met with insurgents

As part of the 75th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, the Head of Government met with insurgents and combatants. He also took part in a solemn Holy Mass and the Appeal of the Fallen at the Warsaw Uprising Monument in Krasińscy Square.

Thank you for your life path, for your fight for a free Fatherland said the Prime Minister to the present.

Moreover, the Prime Minister visited the Wilanowski Cemetery where the heroes of the Home Army Baszta regiment and Oaza battalion are buried. As one year ago, together with the scouts, he ordered the tombstones of Warsaw insurgents.

He was accompanied by scouts from the Warsaw Scouts’ Group Ursynów I and Ursynów II, from the Mazovian Scouts’ Group Kresy and from the Warsaw Scouts’ Group Gród.
