During his speech, Prime Minister presented the objectives to be achieved by the new government. He spoke, among other things, about raising standards in the European Union. As he pointed out, Poland has one of the most important portfolios in the EU. EUR 350 billion is in the hands of the Polish Agriculture Commissioner. The EU must be a union of equal, not double standards - emphasised Mateusz Morawiecki.

Another objective of the government are free medical checkups. Every doctor will say that it is better to prevent and diagnose diseases at an early stage. This is what medical checkups and good medical equipment in hospitals are for - pointed out Prime Minister.

The head of the government also mentioned the solutions for entrepreneurs, such as reduced, preferential contributions to the Social Insurance Institution for small business proprietors. It is necessary to help Polish capital develop - said Mateusz Morawiecki.

Prime Minister spoke about Personal Income Tax (PIT) reduction and retirement pension revaluation. He also discussed the subject of Emerytura Plus programme. As he explained, we want to ensure that it is paid out in the coming years as well.

At the end, Mateusz Morawiecki stressed the importance of credibility in politics. For politics and democracy to be meaningful, you have to translate your words into deeds. Otherwise democracy would be fiction - he summed up.
