Today, intellectual property, which is a centuries-old heritage of Polish universities, largely determines the economic success of our homeland said the Head of the Government.
He reminded that in recent years many great doctors, who gained their education in Poland, had permanently left our country and
the cost of their education was very high.
For many years, Poland has financed excellent specialists for the rich Western countries he added.
During his address, the Prime Minister also pointed to the
Constitution for Science. He stressed that it would create
better prospects and contribute to shaping such a system which will strengthen our homeland for present and future generations.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki declared that the Government would
allocate unprecedented funds both for the development of science and for healthcare so as to increase the number of students in Polish medical universities. According to the Head of the Government, this will contribute in the future to increasing the number of well-educated doctors and nurses serving the Polish society.

At the end of his address, the Prime Minister stressed that
in our universities, such as the one in Lublin, the future of Polish science is shaped.
Here, knowledge is gained by new Polish elites which in the future will determine the way to be followed by the homeland of our future generations he added.
