Prime Minister discussed successful Polish justice system reforms in the Sejm

“The reform of the justice system is necessary to ensure proper development of Poland,” said the head of the government during the debate on the vote of no confidence against the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro. The Sejm rejected this motion.

In his speech, the Prime Minister recalled the successful reforms of the Polish justice system. He also summarised the consistent and systemic legislative changes.

Mateusz Morawiecki also stressed that Minister Zbigniew Ziobro’s response to the events underpinning the motion being put to a vote “was appropriate and swift”, and thus the motion itself was unjustified.
