Prime Minister: Computer programming is our national treasure

The successes of Polish video games show that Poles can be innovative and creative, and that the gaming industry can be our window on the world. Video games are also entering the Polish cultural canon. This is why the government is thinking about introducing the contents of certain video games into the extra reading curriculum at schools.

Video games are the modern face of Poland said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to 11 bit studios, developer of the multi-award winning game This War of Mine. I think that this new form of cultural expression and inquiry into the real world is very important. It shows young people how to follow good paths in life remarked the Head of Government.
