The head of the government pointed out that the memory of the heroes of the Uprising is an important part of our country’s history. The Polish nation has a deep-rooted love of truth and freedom, stressed Mateusz Morawiecki. The uprising was in the hearts of Poles, because it is in the hearts of Poles where the freedom always remains, he added.

As the Prime Minister said, we live in free Poland and it is our duty to care for its power and values preserved for centuries.

Glory to the November Insurgents, glory to all Poles who have fought for free Poland over the centuries. May their memory never be lost. Hail to their memory! Glory to the heroes!- said Mateusz Morawiecki at the end.

An uprising against Russia broke out during the night of 29 to 30 November 1830. Fighting continued until October 1831.
