Prime Minister Beata Szydło inaugurates the functioning of the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers

From that point on, the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers headed by Deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has been the structure responsible for the development, economy, it prepares all the plans, acts, economic projects and coordinates the economic policy of the Polish government, said Prime Minister Beata Szydło during the opening of the first Committee session.

Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers as an opportunity for faster development

The Prime Minister emphasised that the Economic Committee was a structure responsible for the development and coordinated the economic policy of our country.

According to Prime Minister Szydło Poland should develop more quickly because Poles want to live on the European level, they want to have equal opportunities, they want to have first of all a decent life. She added that expectations towards the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers are very high, but I am convinced that you will manage.

The head of the government indicated that the plan for responsible development prepared by the Deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki would be a plan that we would put into practice very quickly and very effectively at this time.

Prime Minister Beata Szydło expressed an expectation that the Committee would prepare plans of acts that the government would adopt still by the end of the year and a schedule of activities for next year. 

The Prime Minister wished the members of the Committee good luck and expressed a belief that the implementation of the prepared measures would soon be possible to present. I know this is a difficult and very ambitious task, but I am convinced that together you will work very quickly, effectively, intensively and that we will be able to present to the Poles what has been presented to us, stressed Beata Szydło.
