Prime Minister at the celebration of the Family Council establishment

Family is a centre of life and there can be no social development without it - said the head of the government during the ceremony. The Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Marlena Maląg, established the Family Council. One of its main tasks will be to create a suitable space for the development of children and adolescents.

Prime Minister emphasised that the government wants to create the best solutions for women. Let us strengthen the role of women in the family, in social life, in the professional career, so that everything could be reconciled in a right way - he said.

Mateusz Morawiecki also requested the Family Council to provide further ideas and solutions in the area of public services, as well as state and local administration activities in the social life sphere. You will be analysing thousands of pages and expert opinions in order to find wise and good solutions in our strategy for demographic and family matters - he stressed.

The tasks of the Council will include initiating, supporting and promoting solutions conducive to raising the fertility rate in Poland, analyses of research concerning demographic processes and solutions applied in other countries.
