Prime Minister: 2020 budget is balanced and fosters development

Mateusz Morawiecki announced the draft budget for 2020 adopted by the Council of Ministers. To a large extent, we are continuing many programs initiated by the government, such as the current PIT exemption for young people up to 26 years of age said the Prime Minister.

As the Prime Minister said, the budget is balanced. This means that next year the planned state budget revenues and expenditures will remain the same. All this will serve the Polish economy and society well said Mateusz Morawiecki.

As the Minister of Finance, Investment and Development Jerzy Kwieciński pointed out, the assumed budget expenditures and revenues will total PLN 429.5 billion, thus making it the largest expenditure and revenues since 1989.

Finally, at today’s conference, the Prime Minister informed about pro-ecological activities of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, aiming to reduce the consumption of plastic and energy and improve waste separation. We wish to make the Earth as clean as we can for future generations,” declared the Prime Minister. He went on to add that “We consider all facets of environmental protection our fundamental goal.
