As the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister informed, the Prime Minister adopted a decision to start the construction of an alternative pipeline as soon as possible. The pipeline will be built in consultation with the capital city authorities. The army will play a key role in the construction of a floating bridge, through which this by-pass will cross the river added Minister Michał Dworczyk. He informed also that all works carried out under this project would be financed from the Prime Minister’s general provision.

Now it is time to focus and carry out this project in the most efficient way so that the discharge to the Vistula river stops as soon as possible and the sewage is not longer a hazard for the river and for the citizens living north of Warsaw he summarised.
