Meeting of the Prime Minister with the representatives of the Ministries of National Defence, Energy and Health

This morning, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met with Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak and Minister of Health Łukasz Szumowski as well as with Deputy Ministers of  Energy Tadeusz Skobel and Grzegorz Tobiszowski. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the situation after the passage of hurricane Friederike in the country.


During the debate held at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the representatives of the Ministry of Energy declared that most failures associated with the absence of electricity would be removed within a few hours, while all failures would be removed by the end of the day. In turn, the Minister of National Defence reassured that should the weather situation deteriorate, 8 thousand soldiers and more than 1.4 thousand military equipment units were ready for action.
