Poland presented criticism of the Nord Stream 2 project as a means of exerting geopolitical pressure in this region of the world. We will ask our American allies for support in this respect – said the head of Polish diplomacy.

Our opposition is based on the joint strategic interest. We deeply believe that Poland, which has resources together with Europe to diversify its energy resources, is very important for the long-term security of Europe. That is why we support initiatives to develop interconnectors, in order to achieve this goal – stressed the head of American diplomacy.
