A homage to the Poles who lost their lives on 11 September 2001

Minister Beata Kempa commemorated Polish victims of the World Trade Center terrorist attack.

This morning Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Beata Kempa, on behalf of Prime Minister Beata Szydło, paid tribute to the Polish victims of the World Trade Center attack and laid flowers at the monument commemorating the Polish victims of the terrorist attack of 11 September 2001. The monument to the memory of Poles, located in the Skaryszewski Park in Warsaw, was unveiled on the first anniversary of the attack, 11 September 2002. Nearly three thousand people died in the New York attack, six Poles among them.
