The Chancellery of the Prime Minister collects User data from the following sources:
- Registration Form – when the User expresses his/her intend to access/ use selected sections of the web site of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, such as accreditation or interview with PM, the User will be asked to fill in the registration questionnaire. The User holds the right to review and edit personal data provided by thereof. The User holds the right to request deletion of his/her data from the database of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and termination of their further collection by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister at any given time.
- Cookies – to facilitate the usage/ access to the web site of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, from time to time, information in the “cookies” text format may be temporarily placed on the User’s computer to enable identification of information about the User’s computer, including its Internet Protocol address (IP), operating system as well as addresses of all referring web sites. The usage of cookies provides such benefits to Users as eliminating the need to enter the password frequently during a session. The above permission excludes registered elements, including registered graphic elements as well as texts originally published by other sources. No element may be modified in any way without the consent of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
- Users may download and use photographs of the Government Information Centre free of charge. Their sale and commercial use is prohibited.
- In the event of violation of copyrights, provisions of the Bill on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws from 1994 no 24 pos. 83, as amended) and provisions of the Civil Code apply.
